Brand Marketing Communications | UX Strategist
For a business owner trying to decide whether to open a second restaurant location or explore investment opportunities with other dining and entertainment options, I presented an analysis of the target geographic area and the dynamics surrounding the location's potential using ESRI Business Analyst. The business owner was able to view sales data from families who eat at comparable restaurants, analyze beer & wine sales in the area, and get unique insights by layering additional demographic and business data. With this report and other supplemental information, the business owner could make an informed decision about his next move.
Finding the Right Audience
To understand whether a media project had a viable audience for it's venture in the Inland Empire, I profiled ideal customers and audiences and provided an estimate of potential customers in the target region using ESRI Tapestry Segmentation.
Supporting Education & Tech Equity
In 2017 I joined Black Voice News & ESRI in their Mapping Black California initiative to outreach to the African American community about applying GIS technology in business and education. I taught a 10-week course to young women ages 12-19 on GIS as a part of the initiative.
